This is a close up view of the tiny plants and animals that lived during the Devonian Period (Rhynie Cherts). Trigonotarbids have been found beautifully preserved along with plants. In the distance is the top view of a steamy fumerole. I have shown one trigonotarbid catching a tiny millipede. If requested, I have another image without a millipede, as I believe it has not been confirmed that there were millipedes in the Rhynia Chert.
