This is New York during a time-flux storm. Humans have disappeared and dinosaurs have arrived from the past. The violent storms with snaking tendrils of time-flux have destroyed buildings, etc. It is business as usual for this Allosaurus, chasing after a hapless Camptosaurus. On the left a Brachiosaurus finds plants to eat and there are some pterosaurs wheeling in the strange skies.
